Why not Windows Server Hyper-V?

• Lower performance (IME)

• Limited selection of guest OSes

• Guest migration yes, host migration NO

• Vendor lock-in

• No Linux infrastructure on host (LVM, mdraid, etc)

• Very, very “fat” host
